Payroll Services

 

 

We process your payroll within 24hrs of receiving your payroll information which may include, hours, additions, deductions, bonuses, sick days and hoildays.

 

We understand how hours and bonuses are sometimes agreed at the last minute so we offer a very flexible service where we make changes and re-issue reports and payslips at no extra cost provided they are accepted by email.

 

We file all necessary monthly and annual reports to the HMRC and inform you of your PAYE liability for the period.

Book-keeping Services

 

 

For clients that just need their invoicing and expenses processed for VAT purposes or self assessment purposes we provide a competitive rate to process your accounts and submit VAT returns, compile profit & loss reports ready for your accountant saving you time and money. We do not need to be based in your office or even visit regularly to deliver this service. You can simply forward your records to us and the rest will be taken care of.

Auto-enrolment of Pensions

 

 

Employers are now required by law to set up pension schemes for their employees. There are a number of actions employers need to take to comply with the regulations and finding a pension provider is just one

 

We currently support many clients with their Auto Enrolment requirements and have developed a comprehensive offer that we believe offers genuine value for money. Our charge for setting up your scheme starts from only £150 and if you don’t want to choose a pension provider yourself then we will make the necessary arrangements for you with NEST Pensions (TBC)

 

Once your scheme is established we will manage your on-going administration for a charge of £10 per pay period including the assessment of staff and uploading of the information required by the pension company.  Letters to employees will be charged at a rate equal to the cost of a payslip.

We administer a complete outsource facility of the accounts department for several clients where we are the point of contact for debtors and creditors. We provide the complete administration of the accounts and compile quality management reports each month that enables clients to analyse and assess their performance against control data.
